We use your information to respond to your messages, to book and confirm your appointment, and to send you reminders about an upcoming visit. That is it. We do not use your details for anything you did not reach out to us for.

We do not sell your information

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only services that touch your data are the tools we use to run the shop (for example, booking, messaging and website hosting), and only so we can serve you.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and taps on call, text, email and contact buttons) to help us understand how visitors use the site. Text messages and booking consent

When you give us your phone number to book or contact us, you agree that we may text or call you about your appointment, such as a confirmation or a reminder. Message and data rates may apply. We send these messages because you asked us to help, not as bulk advertising.

Under Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), we will not send you marketing messages without your consent, and every message we send gives you a clear way to stop. To opt out, simply reply STOP to any text from us, tell your barber, or email us and we will remove you. You can opt back in at any time.

Keeping your information safe

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our records obligations, then we remove it. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
