Two brothers who share a lifelong passion for barbering, putting their craft to work in the heart of St. Catharines.
How it started
Brothers behind the chair
Sam's Scissors opened its doors in 2024 at 514 Welland Ave, built by two brothers, Sam and Almo, who grew up sharing the same love for the craft. Sam, the owner and namesake, brings more than 13 years of experience to every cut, and his brother Almo works the chair right beside him. Angel rounds out the team, so whoever you sit with, you are in skilled hands.
We set out with a simple mission: exceptional barber service, outstanding customer care and a comfortable experience every single visit. Beard grooming and shaping is our specialty, finished the traditional way with a hot towel and a straight razor, and we take the time to get every head shape, beard line and fade exactly right.
Today we are proud to be a barbershop serving St. Catharines and the Niagara Region, six days a week, with a 5.0 rating across 169 Google reviews.
