How much is a fade?
A men's haircut and fade starts at $29. The final price depends on length and detail, and your barber will confirm it before they start. See the full list on our services and prices page.
How much is a kids' haircut?
Kids' fades start at $19. Our barbers are patient with the little ones and take the time to get it right rather than rush, which is one of the reasons families keep coming back.
How much is a beard trim?
A beard trim starts at $24. Beard grooming and shaping is one of our specialties, finished with a hot-towel straight-razor line for a clean edge.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome at 514 Welland Ave. Booking ahead guarantees your time with the barber you want, especially on busy weekends, so we recommend it when you can plan ahead.
What are your hours? Are you open Sunday?
We're open six days a week: Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. We're closed Mondays.
Where do I park?
There's free parking right at the shop on Welland Ave, so there's no hunting for downtown spots or feeding a meter.
How do I pay? Do you take cards?
We accept cash, debit, all major credit cards, and tap-to-pay including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pay whichever way is easiest for you.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through our booking page, call the shop at (905) 323-8787, or simply walk in. Booking ahead locks in your preferred time and barber.
Do you do straight-razor shaves and beard work?
Yes. Traditional straight-razor work and beard grooming are core to what we do, from clean neckline and line-up work to hot-towel shaves and full beard shaping. Ask your barber for pricing on the razor and hot-towel services.
Who are the barbers?
Sam is the owner and namesake, with more than 13 years behind the chair. His brother Almo and barber Angel round out the team. We're two brothers who share a lifelong passion for barbering. Read more about Sam's Scissors barbershop and meet the chair.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes. After six paid cuts, your seventh cut is on us. Ask your barber about your loyalty card on your next visit.
